Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Realty Platform website and all related services.
- "User" refers to any individual who visits or uses the Platform.
Acceptable Use
- Users may view, upload, and post property information on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
- It is prohibited to use the Platform to post false information or mislead other users.
Liability
- All transactions made based on information from the Platform are at the risk and responsibility of the Users.
- Realty Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of the published information.
Intellectual Property
- All content posted on the Platform remains the property of the Users. However, by posting information, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive right to use it.
Privacy
- The processing and use of personal data on the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
- Realty Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any User in case of a breach of the Terms or the referenced Privacy Policy..
